What is the “Athletes Training Pass”

An approved access pass to allow PMHHA members use of the artificial turf for training/practice at throughout the year at a discounted price.

How it works

• Training Pass holder submits a booking request via Square https://squareup.com/appointments/book/x6leuwsylm5nzz/657J988RA852R/services
• The booking request is either confirmed or denied and an “Access code” for the training key lock box is disclosed to the Training Pass holder.
• A booking includes a 1hour session on one single full field.
• Maximum 2 bookings per Training Pass per week.
• Twilight bookings requiring use of the field lights include half-field use of the bottom field LED lights only.
• The Training Pass holder or Adult supervisor must complete the opening and closing procedures of the complex.
• PMHHA has the right to a refuse Training Pass purchase or Booking based on overdue membership/representative fees.
• PMHHA has the right to cancel any booking at any time based on the operations of the Association. Use is subject to complex opening hours and periods of operation for training.

Rules

• Under 18’s must be supervised at all times by an adult who’s contact details have been disclosed at the time of pass purchase
• Only Training Pass holders are to use the facilities. The Training Pass holder who makes the initial booking is responsible for any additional users, ensuring they are also pass holders and that a supervising adult is present (if Under 18 years of age).
• Access codes can not be supplied to others either Training Pass Holders or non-Training Pass Holders.
• Complex must be locked after use and the key returned to the front gate lock box.
• The booked session must not be used to gain financial benefit or profit.

Misuse/Penalties

• Suspension for disclosing the code to others not approved to use the facility 3-month ban.
• Misuse of the complex outside of the intended use of the Training Pass 3-month ban
• Not locking and securing the complex on leaving 1-month ban
• No adult supervisor for U18 Training Pass Holder 1-month ban
• Having non-Training Pass Holders using the complex in your booked session 3-month ban
• Adult (O/18) Training Pass holders are responsible for any damages incurred to complex buildings and infrastructures including scoreboards, windows, doors etc.
• Adult supervisors of Training Pass holders (U/18) are responsible for any damages incurred to complex buildings and infrastructures including scoreboards, windows, doors etc.

Cost

Training Passed Expire 31st Dec each year. Passes can be bought anytime of the year but all passes expire Dec 31st.

Athlete Training Pass: $55 per year / per person

Only members registered with PMHHA can purchase an Athlete Training Pass.
