This is an Expression of Interest only and does not constitute an offer into the PMHHA Rep Teams.

All participants must adhere to the terms and conditions as outlined in the PMHHA Rep Team Guidelines. Players are reminded of the obligations to be of "true age" for the event unless the terms and conditions for a younger player are met as set out by HNSW.

Invoice's will be sent out prior to the event and will be in the vicinity of $210 - $220 per player. Invoices must be paid PRIOR to attending the State Championships.

Training dates / times will be advised to the succesful members by the team coach.
